Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 1/3 cups None Such® Ready-to-Use Classic Original Mincemeat
  • 1/4 cup jalapeño peppers or favorite hot pepper, diced

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT oven to 375°F. Combine flour, salt and pepper in resealable plastic bag. Place 2 chicken breasts in bag; seal bag and shake to coat completely. Repeat process with remaining chicken.

  • Step 2

    HEAT large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat; add butter. When hot, add chicken breasts and brown on each side. Carefully remove excess fat.

  • Step 3

    COMBINE mincemeat and peppers. Spoon mincemeat mixture mixture over chicken.

  • Step 4

    Place skillet in oven and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Serve warm. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.
